Training
Levels
TKD Kids
Ages 4-6. Emphasis is on basic fitness exercises, development games, stances, punches and kicks on pad.
Children
Ages 6-11. Includes the above, but with progress through ranks and more advanced techniques, introduction to sparring drills and semi-contact sparring (depending on the skills), self-defense, and preparation for competitions.
Juniors
Ages 12-17. Warm-up excercises, fitness, conditioning and strengthening excercises, patterns, sparring, pad work, self-defence, stretching.
Beginners
Mixed ages. White and yellow belts. Introduction to basic stances and hand/foot techniques, pad work, introduction to sparring.
Intermediate
Ages 6+. Green belts to blue belts. More advanced techniques, sparring and competitions in different events (patterns, sparring, power).
Advanced
Ages 12+. Red belts and above. At least 3 times a week recommended.
Mixed
Regular class with warm-up, stretching, technical practice, including pad work, self-defense and sparring with partners.
Squad sessions
Intensive traning focusing on preparation for competitions for the team of international competitors.
Seminars / Courses
Day or weekend long courses tought by International Instructors, Masters, Grand Masters and World Champions. These can be general technical course, or specific seminars/courses for Instrucor or Umpire qualifications.
Training Camps
Week long summer or winter training camps organised by other international clubs in different countries.
Competitions
Inter-clubs, national and international tournaments where students can test their skills against other marial art practioners of the same grade level and weight/age category.
